1. General Policy
Because our Services are digital, subscription‑based, and involve significant setup, configuration, and infrastructure costs, all Fees paid to Market My Business Buzzilla Marketing are generally non‑refundable.
By purchasing any subscription, setup, or project with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
You can cancel future renewals at any time, but past charges will not be refunded.
2. Subscription Plans (Monthly and Annual)
Monthly subscriptions: When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are billed in advance for the upcoming month. There are no refunds or pro‑rated credits for partial months or unused time. Cancellation ensures you will not be billed for future months.
Annual subscriptions: When you subscribe annually, you are billed for the full year in advance. Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, annual subscription fees are non‑refundable and will not be pro‑rated if you cancel early.
Failure to log in or use the platform does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Setup Fees, Onboarding and Done‑For‑You Services
Any one‑time setup, onboarding, strategy, consulting, design, build or “done‑for‑you” service fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced, because time and resources have already been allocated or delivered.
If we are unable to deliver a clearly specified deliverable due to our fault, we will in good faith either remedy the issue or, at our discretion, offer a partial credit or adjustment. This does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds in similar situations.
4. Trials, Promotions and Guarantees
From time to time, we may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or promotional offers. Any specific terms shared on the relevant landing page or order form will apply in addition to this Policy.
If a money‑back guarantee is expressly offered for a particular program or package, the guarantee terms (including eligibility conditions and timeframes) will be clearly stated on the sales page or agreement and will override the relevant parts of this Policy for that product only.
5. Billing Issues and Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (for example, a duplicate charge or an amount that does not match your plan), you must contact us in writing within 3 days of the charge date.
Where a genuine billing error is identified, we will correct it by issuing a refund or account credit, at our discretion.
6. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue with the platform or Services:
Please contact our support team promptly with details and any relevant screenshots.
We will work with you and/or the underlying platform provider(s) to investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Service issues, outages, or dissatisfaction with results (e.g. number of leads or sales generated) do not, by themselves, qualify for refunds.
7. Cancellations and Access After Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting us via email or cancelling via the platform (if available).
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Future recurring charges will be stopped.
No refunds will be provided for any remaining time in your current billing period.
After your subscription ends, your access to the platform and associated data may be removed or limited. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep prior to the effective cancellation date.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing or Service concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
Unwarranted chargebacks (for example, where you have used the Service and the charges match your plan) may result in suspension or termination of your account and additional collection actions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to align with our Services, pricing models, and legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
