- Billing information: Payment card details are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Business data: Your Google Business Profile details, review counts, and ratings you provide or connect to our platform.
- Customer contact data: Names and phone numbers/emails of your customers that you upload or enter into our system for the purpose of sending review requests.
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, IP address, and device type, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: Emails, support requests, or messages you send us.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our Google review management software and NFC card service
- Send automated review request messages to your customers on your behalf
- Process payments and manage your subscription

5 Customer Data You Upload
When you upload customer contact details to our platform to send review requests, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from those individuals under applicable law (including the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and the Spam Act if operating in Australia). You are the data controller for that data; Buzzilla acts as a data processor on your behalf.
